## 1. Investment & Commercial (TDP)
Shape our financial growth and strategic investments by driving high-impact commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least 2 years of professional background in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, or Consulting.
* Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Financial Modeling, Financial Analysis, financial statements, financial projections, business valuation, and investment analysis.
* Preferred Qualifications: Direct involvement in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), investments, or divestments within the power generation, energy, or infrastructure sectors. Backgrounds in consulting firms or Big 4 practices are advantageous.

## 6. Solar PV (PLTS) Technician
