## Open Position: COC Data Management
Sinar Mas Forestry is currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the team as a COC Data Management specialist. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our forest production records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative lifecycle of forest harvest data. Primary duties include:
* Production Oversight: Managing and auditing Production Result Reports (LHP).
* Data Analysis: Performing rigorous analysis and inputting data into internal tracking systems.
* System Monitoring: Managing the SIPUHH Online platform and Woodtracking systems to ensure accurate documentation.
* Regulatory Reporting: Compiling routine reports on forest product administration.
* Quality Control: Evaluating and monitoring the implementation of the Chain of Custody (COC) protocols across operations.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of analytical prowess and forestry industry knowledge. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or a closely related field.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with one year of relevant experience in forest administration or natural resource management.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the ability to process complex datasets.
* Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and procedures regarding forest product management.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities to facilitate coordination across various internal and external stakeholders.
* Work Ethic: The ability to function effectively both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.
