## General Eligibility Requirements
Applicants wishing to apply for the 2026 open selection must fulfill the following mandatory administrative and professional criteria:
* Citizenship: Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Employment Status: Active Civil Servant (PNS).
* Health Status: Physically and mentally fit, supported by an official health certificate issued by a government doctor or state hospital.
* Competency Standards: Possess the required Technical, Managerial, and Socio-Cultural Competencies aligned with the target position.
* Track Record and Integrity: Demonstrate high moral standards and professional integrity, verified through:
* Satisfactory employee performance appraisal scores for the past two consecutive years.
* No history of moderate or severe disciplinary penalties within the last five years, in accordance with prevailing laws.
* Freedom from official audit findings or financial discrepancies.
* Organizational Background: Never involved as a leader or member of any prohibited organization.
* Tax Compliance: Proof of submission for the Annual Tax Return (SPT Tahunan) for at least the most recent tax year.
## Specific Qualifications
In addition to the general criteria, applicants must meet precise career milestone requirements depending on the structural level of the position:
* Age Limit: Maximum of 56 years old at the time of appointment.
* Educational Background: Minimum attainment of a Bachelor’s degree (Sarjana) or Diploma IV.
Rank and Grade: Minimum rank of Junior Superintendent Class I (Pembina Tingkat I* - IV/b).
* Work Experience: Cumulative professional experience of at least 5 years in a field directly relevant to the applied position.
Previous Roles: Currently holding or having previously held an Administrator position or a Senior Expert Functional Position (Jabatan Fungsional Ahli Madya*) for a minimum duration of two years.
Training: Priority is given to candidates who have completed and passed the Level III National Leadership Training (Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Nasional Tingkat III*).
