## Current Openings
1. Admin Operation
You will play a critical role in supporting our logistical efficiency by overseeing financial administration and reporting.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor vessel petty cash balances, process invoice recaps, manage daily VDR reports, and track shipping bills.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics; 2–5 years of relevant administrative experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong problem-solving skills.
2. Admin Procurement
Manage the acquisition lifecycle to ensure our operations have the necessary goods and services at optimal costs.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop procurement plans, source and negotiate with vendors, manage cooperation contracts, and oversee inventory control.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics; 2–5 years in procurement; strong negotiation skills and familiarity with shipping industry supply chains.
3. Finance & Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)
Ensure the financial health and regulatory compliance of our business transactions.
* Key Responsibilities: Reconcile AR/AP balances, manage cash flow updates, maintain accounting journals, and handle comprehensive tax planning and reporting.
* Requirements: Degree in Finance or Accounting; 3–7 years of experience; proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate); knowledge of tax regulations and audit procedures.
4. Port Captain
Oversee the safe and efficient operation of our fleet while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinate vessel operations, monitor loading/discharge processes, manage crew familiarization, and handle port clearance communications.
* Requirements: ANT-III certification or Bachelor’s degree; 2–5 years of experience in fleet operations (Tug/Barge/Tanker); leadership capability and knowledge of Indonesian maritime regulations.
5. Port Engineer
Take responsibility for the technical integrity and maintenance of our vessel fleet.
* Key Responsibilities: Schedule and oversee vessel repairs, manage dry-docking budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide 24/7 technical support for fleet engineering.
* Requirements: ATT-III certification or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 2–5 years of Port Engineer experience; proficiency in CMMS/VMS software.
6. Maintenance Technician (Mechanical / Electrical)
Execute hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance to keep our vessels operational.
* Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot marine engines and electrical systems, perform routine maintenance checks, and conduct on-site vessel repairs.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Engineering; 5 years of experience in maritime troubleshooting; ability to work in confined spaces and travel to operational areas.
7. Technical Superintendent
Drive technical excellence across our fleet through strategic maintenance planning and performance monitoring.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor vessel technical performance, manage dry-docking cycles, oversee maintenance budgets, and ensure compliance with international maritime codes (ISM/ISPS).
* Requirements: ATT-II certification or Bachelor’s degree; 3–5 years as a Superintendent; extensive knowledge of ship management and maintenance planning.
