Position: OCP Assistant (Purchasing Fresh Fruit Bunches / TBS Assistant)
Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with smallholders and Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) suppliers through regular field visits.
* Conduct strict quality control and grading of FFB in accordance with established corporate standards.
* Prepare administrative documentation required for FFB purchasing contracts.
* Cross-verify FFB receiving records against the Daily Production Report (LHP) from each mill.
* Formulate weekly FFB pricing documents efficiently.
* Manage administrative workflows and documentation related to FFB billing processes.
* Compile precise and timely reports regarding FFB procurement payments.
* Maintain systematic filing and management systems for all purchasing documents.
* Monitor competitor pricing dynamics and market strategies regarding FFB procurement.
General Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 (three) years of proven experience in FFB procurement collaborations or serving as a Plasma Assistant.
* Soft Skills: Highly communicative, collaborative, and proactive.
* Placement Location: Site, East Kalimantan.
