We are inviting talented individuals to apply for the following roles within our expanding organization:
1. Junior Project Procurement
This role is essential for ensuring that our project materials are managed efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive material delivery schedules.
* Manage project costs to ensure budget adherence.
* Perform accurate calculations for Quantity Variation Orders.
* Apply and optimize efficient work methodologies.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the oil and gas construction sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
2. Admin Marine
Based in North Jakarta (Jl. Pantai Indah Selatan), this position plays a critical role in maintaining the regulatory compliance of our marine fleet.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor vessel certificates and documentation, coordinating renewals with relevant authorities.
* Schedule and oversee surveys and inspections involving classification societies, harbor masters, and third parties.
* Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports regarding vessel certification status.
* Manage technical documentation, including catalogs and ship drawings.
* Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in marine administration.
* Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Maxsurf Naval Architecture software.
* Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
* Availability for an immediate start.
3. Purchasing Staff
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to handle our procurement processes and supplier relationships.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, vet, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best market value.
* Clarify technical specifications with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement accuracy.
* Execute price comparisons and maintain organized project filing systems.
* Monitor the entire procurement lifecycle, from initial purchase order to final delivery and inspection of goods.
* Requirements:
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (Information Technology background is a plus).
* 2–3 years of experience in procurement, specifically regarding spare parts, heavy equipment, and engineering supplies.
* Experience working with digital procurement or ERP systems.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to remain composed and productive under high-pressure environments.
