1. Personnel & General Affair (GA)
This role is essential for maintaining efficient daily operations and ensuring that administrative processes run seamlessly within our remote field sites.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in a General Affair role is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory; familiarity with the SAP system is considered a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required to handle diverse operational tasks.
* Availability: Must be willing to be stationed in a remote area (East Kalimantan placement). Immediate availability is preferred.
2. Admin Officer
The Admin Officer provides critical support for data management and reporting, ensuring organizational accuracy and compliance with internal protocols.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Statistics, or Informatics.
* Technical Skills: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office; proficiency in SAP is highly preferred.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in a remote location (Riau placement). Immediate availability is preferred.
