We are looking for an organized professional to oversee the administrative backbone of our construction sites.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
* Experience in document control, archiving, and periodic reporting.
* Fundamental knowledge of project financial administration.
* Ability to interpret construction blueprints and working drawings.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Willingness to be based in Bali.
* Maintain and archive all essential project documentation.
* Manage site financial administration, including petty cash and cost reconciliation.
* Oversee labor, logistics, and material procurement documentation.
* Handle project correspondence and record official meeting minutes.
2. Site Manager
This role is ideal for technical professionals looking to support the execution of complex design-build projects.
* Minimum vocational education (SMK) in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.

* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
* Understanding of basic construction drawing standards.
* Ability to start immediately and relocate to Bali.
* Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and oversight phases.

3. Quantity Surveyor
