## General Requirements
To ensure our team continues to deliver top-tier service, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/D4/S1 degree for management and administrative roles (1, 2, 3); minimum SMA/SMK diploma for operational and sales roles (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).
* Experience: Previous experience in the FMCG distribution industry is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
* Licensing Requirements:
* Valid SIM A for Branch Manager candidates.
* Valid SIM B1 for Driver candidates.
* Valid SIM C and personal vehicle for Sales positions.
* Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities are mandatory for management roles (1, 2, 3, 4). All candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
