PT. Rea Kaltim Plantations (REAK) stands as a prominent foreign-invested palm oil enterprise that has been a cornerstone of the industry since its inception in 1994. Strategically located in the Kembang Janggut District of Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan, our operations currently encompass over 32,000 hectares of cultivated land. To process our harvest, we utilize three high-capacity palm oil mills, two of which boast a processing rate of 80 tons of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) per hour, complemented by a third facility with a 40-ton-per-hour capacity.

This ambitious growth phase is set to substantially increase our total plantation footprint over the next two to four years, alongside the planned construction of several new state-of-the-art mills. 1. Senior Planner: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Assistant Power Plant: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
3. Transport Foreman (Mandor): Diploma in Administration or Industrial Management.
4. General Civil Foreman (Mandor): Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5. Welder Specialist (6G): Vocational High School (SMK) graduate with 6G certification.
6. Welder (4G, 3G, 2G): Vocational High School (SMK) graduate with relevant technical training.
7. Electrician: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate specializing in Electrical Engineering.
8. Senior/Junior Mechanic: Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Heavy Equipment Mechanical Engineering (Senior) or Vocational High School graduate in Heavy Equipment (Junior).
