Engineering and Site Management Roles
* Site Manager: Requires a minimum of a Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering, at least 5 years of field experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Ms. Project, and a solid understanding of Quality Management Systems. K3 or SKA certification is highly valued.
* Site Engineer (SE): Open to Bachelor’s degree holders in Civil or Architecture Engineering. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience or be a high-achieving fresh graduate (GPA min 3.00). Must be proficient in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, and Microsoft Office.
* Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineer: Seeking professionals with at least a Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience. Expertise in MEP systems and AutoCAD proficiency is required.
Technical and Field Operations
* Drafter: Requires a Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering with at least 2 years of experience. We also welcome high-performing fresh graduates (GPA min 3.00). Candidates must have strong AutoCAD skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Quantity Surveyor (QS): A position for Diploma holders in Civil Engineering. We require 2 years of experience, though fresh graduates with a GPA of at least 3.00 are encouraged to apply. Strong computer literacy is essential.
* Supervisor (PL): Open to Diploma graduates in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of experience. Applicants must demonstrate an ability to interpret and execute complex design drawings on-site.
* Surveyor (SVR): Requires at least 3 years of experience in high-rise building projects and a Diploma in any major. You must be adept at using survey equipment and skilled in AutoCAD.
Health, Safety, and Administrative Support
* HSE Officer: Seeking candidates with a Diploma in Health, Safety, or a related field. You should be familiar with hazard identification, risk management, and accident investigation. HSE and Kemenaker K3 certifications are preferred.
* Admin (ADM): Open to all Diploma majors with a minimum GPA of 3.00. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
