Production Specialist Operator
The Production Specialist Operator plays a vital role on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that our production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and in strict compliance with safety guidelines.
Core Job Responsibilities:
* Operate, monitor, maintain, and ensure the cleanliness of production machinery in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Drive operational efficiency to consistently meet daily production output targets while upholding uncompromising quality standards.
* Generate accurate daily reports detailing production output, raw material consumption, and any technical hurdles encountered during shifts.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Educational background: Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering accompanied by a minimum of two years of hands-on professional experience as a production operator.
* Alternatively, Diploma (D3) graduates specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing are welcome to apply (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to submit their applications).
