## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
The Helper Operation role is critical in supporting seamless operational workflows, ensuring safety standards, and facilitating effective communication between contractors and stakeholders. Joining this dynamic team means you will take on vital responsibilities designed to keep complex oil and gas operations running smoothly.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Operational Support: Actively assist in daily maintenance and operational workflows within oil and gas facilities.
* Technical Monitoring: Monitor critical operational parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, liquid level, and gas quality.
* Equipment Familiarization: Work closely with essential field instruments, including valves, meters, separators, scrubbers, and associated hardware.
* Documentation and Reporting: Execute shift handovers accurately and draft comprehensive operational reports.
* Contract and Stakeholder Support: Assist in managing contractor communications and supporting project change management initiatives when required.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Age Limit: Maximum 45 years old.
* Educational Background & Experience:
* Minimum Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) in Technical fields with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Technical fields with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in reading and interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), flow diagrams, technical datasheets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Software Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
* Operational Readiness: Physically and mentally prepared to work in a rotating shift system tailored to a dynamic oil and gas operational environment.
* Geographical Preference: Priority will be given to candidates currently domiciled in Gresik and Pasuruan, East Java.
