## Job Role: Maintenance Operator
The Maintenance Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless functionality of our production lines. You will be responsible for upholding machine reliability through rigorous maintenance protocols and rapid troubleshooting.
Core Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled electrical and mechanical maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues effectively to minimize production downtime.
* Reporting: Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately to support operational audits.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for dedicated individuals who possess the technical aptitude to thrive in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate specializing in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a relevant maintenance or technical role.
* Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; familiarity with semi-automation or full automation machinery is a significant advantage.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot operational machinery issues under pressure.
* Soft Skills: A strong team player with a professional attitude, capable of adapting to shifting schedules and meeting strict production targets.
