## Current Opening: Production Operator
We are currently inviting motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team at PT Nipsea Paint and Chemical (Nippon Paint). As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in upholding the world-class quality standards that define our brand.
Core Responsibilities
To ensure the excellence of our products, you will be expected to perform the following duties:
* Execute manufacturing processes in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and quality benchmarks.
* Prepare all necessary raw materials and equipment prior to the commencement of production cycles.
* Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring full compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
* Monitor every stage of production to ensure consistency before submitting finished goods to the Quality Control (QC) department.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all production checklists are completed precisely.
* Manage the preparation and submission of paint samples for laboratory analysis.
* Prepare finalized products for technical assessment or distribution to our customers.
* Report any operational obstacles or mechanical issues to management immediately.
* Adhere strictly to all corporate policies, including Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the drive and discipline to grow with us. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMU) or equivalent.
2. Experience: Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
3. Work Ethic: Must be diligent, resilient, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of accountability.
4. Safety Awareness: A deep understanding and commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
5. Technical Skills: Exceptional ability to follow complex work instructions and procedural guidelines.
6. Physical Requirement: Must not have color blindness.
