We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accountant to join our finance department and help steer our future growth.
## Core Responsibilities of the Accountant
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the fiscal health of our organization. Key responsibilities include:
* Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
* Transactional Accuracy: Recording daily financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and overseeing cash reports with precision.
* Tax Compliance: Calculating, documenting, and filing corporate taxes (PPN, PPh, etc.) to ensure full adherence to current national tax regulations.
* Financial Analysis: Providing actionable insights to management by analyzing financial trends and variances.
* Audit Preparation: Compiling necessary documentation for external and internal audits and implementing corrective actions based on audit findings.
* Budgeting and Control: Assisting in the formulation of company budgets and performing regular comparisons between projected budgets and actual expenditures.
* Document Management: Organizing financial records, invoices, and receipts in a structured, accessible, and secure digital or physical filing system.
* Reconciliation: Conducting routine bank reconciliations and verifying the integrity of financial data across all departments.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with the Purchasing, Human Resources, and Finance teams to streamline transactional workflows.
## Essential Qualifications

* Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: Candidates are required to have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in accounting or financial management roles.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills and familiarity with financial software and tax reporting regulations are highly valued.
