We are currently looking for a dedicated HR & GA professional who is fluent in Korean to join our team in Cikarang Selatan. This is an on-site, contract-based role designed to serve as a vital link between our local Indonesian staff and our Korean management team. Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring smooth internal communication and efficient administrative operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Communication & Translation: Acting as the primary bridge between Korean management and local employees, including translating formal documentation and providing live interpretation during meetings.
* Regulatory Compliance: Managing the end-to-end process for expatriate visas, work permits, and relevant legal documentation.
* Talent Management: Overseeing recruitment, candidate selection, and onboarding processes to support company growth.
* HR Administration: Managing payroll, employee benefits, and general day-to-day administrative tasks.
* General Affairs (GA): Providing support for office operations and ensuring a productive workplace environment.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in both Korean and Indonesian, with high-level proficiency in written and verbal communication for both languages.
* Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Korean Studies, or a related field is preferred.
