## Job Description: Admin Warehouse
As an integral part of the warehouse team, your daily responsibilities will revolve around maintaining seamless inventory operations. The core duties for this role include:
* Receiving and Verification: Overseeing product intake processes and meticulously verifying that incoming goods match the required documentation.
* Inventory Organization: Arranging and storing products within the facility by strictly adhering to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) inventory principles.
* Stock Integrity: Safeguarding inventory accuracy and maintaining optimal physical conditions for all stored items.
* Data Management: Recording all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure absolute alignment between physical inventory counts and administrative records.
* Stock Auditing: Conducting routine stock opname activities to prevent discrepancies.
* Reporting: Compiling and presenting comprehensive, regular operational warehouse reports to management.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure success in this fast-paced environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age Limit: Maximum 35 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any major, with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Experience: Open to both energetic fresh graduates and candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in a warehouse setting.
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern warehousing procedures and inventory control systems (FIFO/FEFO).
* Software Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, with an advanced emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Possess excellent communication abilities, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to excel both independently and within a collaborative team.
* Mobility: Must be able to drive a car and possess a valid driver's license.
* Location: Priority will be given to candidates who currently reside in or near the Serang placement area.
