Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this leadership role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience serving as a Site Manager or Project Manager.
* Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the successful delivery of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects.
* Technical Skills: Advanced ability to interpret complex engineering and technical drawings.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, team management capabilities, and professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Core Responsibilities
The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of our water infrastructure projects, including:
1. End-to-End Management: Leading projects from the initial planning phase through to final completion and handover.
2. Operational Compliance: Ensuring all documentation adheres to project specifications and safety standards.
3. Financial Oversight: Developing and maintaining strict control over project budgets and resource management.
4. Scheduling: Monitoring timelines to ensure all milestones are achieved on schedule.
