1. Warehouse Operator
This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable in controlled-temperature environments.
* Requirements:
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
* Possess a valid SIO (Operator License) and demonstrated proficiency in operating forklifts or reach trucks.
* No physical allergies to cold and high stamina for cold storage environments.
* Flexibility to work in a 3-shift rotation system.
* Physically fit and prepared to be based in West Karawang.
2. Maintenance Operator
As a Maintenance Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the high performance and reliability of our production machinery.
* Requirements:
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education in Electronics Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting within the food or consumer goods industry.
* Technical proficiency in SCADA and PLC control systems, instrumentation, low-voltage electricity, and servo motors.
* Ability to work in a 3-shift rotation.
* Ready for immediate placement in West Karawang and maintains excellent physical health.
3. Team Leader – Warehouse RMPM
We are seeking a proactive leader to oversee the Raw Material and Packaging Material (RMPM) warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and strict compliance with global safety standards.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor warehouse operators across three shifts, ensuring seamless handovers and peak productivity.
* Supervise daily workflows, including the receiving, storage, picking, and shipment of RM and PM.
* Guarantee 100% stock accuracy through precise utilization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Enforce rigorous FEFO, FIFO, and LIFO methodologies to eliminate material waste and expiration.
* Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety protocols, including the safe operation of material handling equipment.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting, preferably within food manufacturing or FMCG.
* Comprehensive knowledge of WMS and inventory management strategies (FIFO, FEFO, LIFO).
* Possession of an active SIO for forklifts is considered a strong advantage.
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
* Prepared for a 3-shift rotation schedule and immediate deployment to the West Karawang facility.
