In this high-impact position, you will advise international clients, accelerate business expansion, and work in synergy with both domestic and international teams. This opportunity is tailor-made for professionals possessing exceptional interpersonal capabilities, bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, and a comprehensive grasp of Indonesian corporate regulations and setup procedures.
Core Responsibilities
* Client Engagement: Lead both virtual and face-to-face consultations, manage inquiry pipelines, oversee proposal drafting and contract execution, and coordinate payment workflows.
* Relationship Management: Cultivate enduring client bonds by delivering proactive, thorough, and responsive support throughout their entire business journey in Indonesia.
* Advisory Services: Guide international investors through the intricacies of establishing a PT PMA (foreign-owned enterprise), securing business visas, and navigating office leasing options.

Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

* Demonstrate strong written and verbal proficiency in English for cross-border communications.
* Bring a minimum of two years of relevant background in sales, client advisory, or business development—preferably within corporate services, immigration agencies, or consulting firms.
* Show deep familiarity with Indonesian corporate registration frameworks (PT PMA), immigration procedures, and real estate leasing.

* Financial Oversight: Direct day-to-day accounting and tax functions for PT PMA clients, covering monthly bookkeeping, tax filings, investor reports, and regulatory compliance.
* Entity Management: Oversee the accounting infrastructure for our own corporate group entities based in Bali.
* Ecosystem Coordination: Act as the liaison between clients and external partners, including legal counsel, tax experts, and specialized service providers.
* Client Onboarding Support: Assist foreign investors in navigating local bank account opening procedures alongside financial institutions.
* Process Standardization: Develop and implement rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee service uniformity across all financial engagements.
* Team Development: Lead talent acquisition efforts, conduct interviews, manage onboarding, and run continuous training programs for local staff.
* Operational Improvement: Drive general efficiency initiatives and manage ad-hoc administrative projects assigned by executive leadership.

Candidate Requirements

* Possess at least two years of professional experience in accounting, tax auditing, or financial compliance, ideally within a corporate services or advisory setting.
