## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Production Engineering specialist at PT Daisho Precision, you will serve as a crucial pillar in bridging strategic planning with daily manufacturing execution. Your expertise will directly influence our output quality, machinery reliability, and overall plant efficiency.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
* Production and Maintenance Scheduling: Formulate comprehensive, detailed production timelines alongside precise machine maintenance schedules to guarantee seamless plant operations.
* Operational Monitoring and Evaluation: Closely oversee and assess daily production workflows to ensure all manufacturing targets are met consistently.
* Efficiency Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations of productivity and operational efficiency, proactively proposing innovative programs to elevate performance metrics.
* Standardization Management: Develop, review, and continuously update Work Instructions (WI) and core production process parameters.
* Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Resolve manufacturing bottlenecks swiftly by executing rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) paired with effective corrective actions.
* Performance Reporting: Generate detailed production performance reports accompanied by strategic recommendations for continuous process optimization.
* Compliance Assurance: Guarantee that every phase of production strictly adheres to standard operating procedures (SOPs), stringent quality benchmarks, and corporate guidelines.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with allied departments to foster smooth communication and mutually support production and maintenance goals.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or another closely related technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Production Engineering professional within a reputable manufacturing environment.
* Management Systems Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems implementation.
* Analytical Competency: Possess proven proficiency in conducting productivity analyses and measuring manufacturing process efficiency.
* Continuous Improvement Mindset: Showcase active experience in applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent frameworks.
* Technical Literacy: Display a strong grasp of manufacturing workflows, production machinery fundamentals, and basic equipment maintenance.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving prowess, and mastery over root cause analysis techniques.
