## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Waste Management Operator specializing in forklift handling, you will play a critical role in maintaining environmental compliance, safety standards, and smooth warehouse logistics within the factory premises. Your day-to-day duties will encompass the following key areas:
* Waste Handling and Storage: Execute the proper management, handling, and storage procedures for both hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste in strict compliance with safety regulations and material characteristics.
* Inventory Tracking and Documentation: Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing waste streams at the Temporary Waste Storage facility (TPS), including meticulous verification of quantities, waste types, and transportation document completeness.
* Facility Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and tidiness across the TPS area, ensuring proper drum arrangements, accurate waste labeling, and optimal facility upkeep.
* Reporting: Compile and submit regular waste management reports to supervisors and relevant departments to fulfill both internal and external compliance auditing needs.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this operational role, applicants must meet specific educational, certification, and competency standards:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent from any major.
Certifications: Must possess a valid and active Forklift Operating License (Surat Izin Operasi* / SIO).
* Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data entry, information processing, and generating routine waste reports.
* Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous when tracking waste movement, verifying transport documents, and noting specific waste classifications and quantities.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of waste segregation, labeling, storage, and handling protocols for hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
