## Job Opportunity: Production Operator
As a Production Operator at PT Chocomory Cokelat Persada, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and high quality of our products. This position is ideal for those who are disciplined, detail-oriented, and passionate about food manufacturing standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Operate production machinery in strict accordance with established work instructions.
* Maintain all production equipment and ensure your designated workspace is kept in pristine condition.
* Execute regular cleaning of the production area and machinery to meet sanitation standards.
* Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5R principles while ensuring compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain accountability for the quality of all products handled during your shift.
* Meet daily production targets consistently.
* Provide regular, accurate reports regarding work progress to the Production Team Leader.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
3. Core Knowledge: A strong understanding of personal hygiene, sanitation practices, GMP, and HACCP principles.
