## Barista Role Requirements
To maintain the high standards our customers expect, we are searching for candidates who possess a blend of technical expertise and a strong service-oriented mindset. Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent). Applicants must have completed their studies and are not currently enrolled in school.
* Experience: Prior hands-on experience working as a barista in a coffee shop setting is highly preferred.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in operating professional coffee machinery and equipment.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, a high level of personal integrity, disciplined work habits, and a sense of professional responsibility.

## Primary Responsibilities
