1. Merchant Success Executive (Sales)
This role is perfect for motivated sales professionals focused on field acquisition and merchant relationship management. We are hiring for placements across Jabodetabek, Karawang, and Banten regions.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA or equivalent).
* Proven experience in FMCG sales.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid Driver’s License (SIM C).
* Direct experience in EDC machine sales and merchant acquisition is highly preferred.
* Competitive base salary.

* Full social security coverage (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan).
2. Retail Sales Executive (RSE)
We are seeking experienced professionals to lead merchant acquisition strategies in Jabodetabek, Banten, and Karawang. These roles require deep local market expertise and a proactive approach to business development.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in fintech, payments, banking, telecommunications, or FMCG.
* In-depth knowledge of payment ecosystems, including QRIS, EDC, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
* Strong track record in local merchant acquisition.
* High mobility and willingness to perform regular field visits.
* Established professional network and merchant database.
* Exemplary interpersonal skills with a dedicated, hardworking, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Jabodetabek: Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi.
* Banten: Tangerang Selatan, Tangerang, Serang, Lebak, Pandeglang, and Cilegon.
* Karawang: Dedicated coverage for the Karawang industrial and commercial corridor.
Note: Work placement for RSE positions will be tailored to match the candidate's current domicile.
