## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our future leaders possess the right foundation, applicants must meet specific educational and personal criteria corresponding to each department.
Educational Background by Position
* For Engineering & Production (Roles 1 & 2): Graduates from Mining Vocational High Schools (SMK Pertambangan), holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering (S1 Pertambangan), Civil Engineering (S1 Civil), or Geology (S1 Geologi).
* For Plant (Role 3): Graduates from Mechanical Engineering Vocational High Schools (SMK Teknik Mesin), holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (S1 Teknik Mesin) or Industrial Engineering (S1 Teknik Industri).
General Qualifications
* Demonstrate excellent physical and mental health.
* Possess strong communication skills paired with a natural leadership mindset.
* Have received the third dose (booster) of the COVID-19 vaccine.
* Preference is given to candidates currently domiciled in East Kalimantan.
* Must be fully available to attend the in-person recruitment selection process located in Samarinda.
