## The Role: Project Administrator
We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Administrator to join our growing team in Cikarang. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our operational workflow, ensuring that our solar projects are documented, coordinated, and executed with precision.
Core Responsibilities
* Data Management: Oversee the collection and maintenance of all critical project data.
* Documentation Excellence: Prepare and organize comprehensive project documentation, including Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and detailed project financial reports.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Manage schedules and facilitate effective communication with external parties and project stakeholders.
* Operational Oversight: Monitor and report on project progress and material delivery schedules to ensure all deliverables adhere to strict quality and timeline requirements.
* Cross-Functional Support: Liaise with internal departments to address project-specific needs and streamline documentation processes.
Required Qualifications
