The Administration Head plays a pivotal role in maintaining the operational integrity of our branches. You will be responsible for streamlining internal processes and ensuring financial accuracy.
* Supervise and optimize day-to-day branch operations.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for sales unit and service administration.
* Oversee the maintenance of administrative databases and reporting systems.
* Manage branch general affairs, personnel administration, and HR-related tasks.
* Handle branch-level taxation and comprehensive financial reporting.
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Minimum of two years of experience in finance (high-potential fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Exceptional adaptability and a willingness to be relocated across any of our branches in Indonesia.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels.
2. Management Trainee: Business Consultant
