Beyond our industrial plastics division, we are also recognized as the pioneering and sole manufacturer of wooden photo frames in the country. We are currently seeking ambitious professionals to join our team as part of our Supervisor Development Program (SVDP).
## The Role: Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
As an SVDP participant, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations. This role is designed to cultivate leadership skills while ensuring our production lines run with peak efficiency. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Production Oversight: Monitoring and controlling output during your assigned shift to ensure all production goals align with master planning.
* Quality and Process Optimization: Proactively identifying operational bottlenecks, analyzing root causes for defects, and minimizing waste to maintain our high quality standards.
* Operational Excellence: Directing, monitoring, and enforcing safety protocols and 5S (5R) methodologies across the production floor.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are ready to take on the challenges of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply:
* Educational Background: A Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience Level: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in a production setting are highly preferred.
* Essential Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and interpersonal communication.
* Logistics and Flexibility: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tangerang area, and be prepared to work on a rotational shift schedule.
