1. Management Trainee
We invite high-achieving graduates to join our leadership development program across several divisions, including Caroseri Production, Stamping & Tools, Logistics, and Marketing.
* Requirements: S1 or S2 degree (minimum GPA 3.50/4.00) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management, or Accounting.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
* Skills: Strong leadership potential and a keen interest in the autobody manufacturing industry.
2. Manager Business Development (Asset Management)
Oversee the lifecycle of the company’s physical and non-physical assets, ensuring optimal utility and audit compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, combined with robust stress and time management capabilities.
3. Manager IT
Lead our IT department by aligning technology strategies with corporate objectives and managing team performance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Informatics Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in IT programming.
* Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SAP ABAP, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and effective stakeholder communication.
4. Supervisor Purchasing
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials and services, including supplier negotiation and price benchmarking.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience.
* Preferences: Knowledge of automotive components and proficiency in Mandarin are considered significant advantages.
5. Supervisor Welding
Ensure departmental KPIs are met by planning, controlling, and evaluating the welding processes within our stamping production line.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred) with 3+ years of industry experience.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Spreadsheet, and Google Sheets; deep knowledge of production standards and safety (K3 & 5R).
6. Staff Production Planning, Inventory Control & Delivery (PPIC)
Coordinate production loading, inventory levels, and supply chain continuity while generating visual performance reports.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Information Technology.
* Skills: Strong attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to operate SAP, which is considered a plus.
7. Staff Costing
Analyze production costs and manage Bill of Material (BOM) accuracy and inventory control.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Accounting with relevant experience in cost calculation.
* Skills: Strong understanding of material and inventory management; ability to work cross-functionally.
8. Staff Finance
Handle daily financial operations, including customer/vendor billing, payroll, bank reconciliation, and expenditure monitoring.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Finance or Accounting Management.
* Preferences: Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Mandarin are highly valued. Candidates must be honest, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
9. Staff Building Maintenance
Oversee structural integrity, perform infrastructure inspections, and coordinate renovation projects.
* Requirements: D3/S1 degree in Civil Engineering.
* Technical Skills: Competency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, ability to calculate Bills of Quantities (RAB), and strong vendor coordination skills.
