Candidate Requirements
To ensure our team maintains its high standard of service and technical proficiency, we are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Master’s degree (S2) from a reputable university.
* Preferred Majors: We welcome graduates in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Psychology, or Management.
* Experience: Open to both fresh graduates and professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Flexibility: A strong willingness to be stationed at any of the New Armada Group office locations throughout Indonesia.
