## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking proactive and highly motivated fresh graduates (S1) who are eager to embrace new challenges. To qualify for the program, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
* Mechanical Engineering: Focusing on production processes and machinery maintenance.
* Chemical Engineering: Focusing on research, development, and complex production workflows.
* Chemistry: Focusing on material science and R&D applications.
* Civil Engineering: Focusing on infrastructure and building maintenance.
Key Competencies and Commitments
* Strong ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.
* A proactive mindset geared toward continuous learning and professional growth.
* Full commitment to completing the 6-month intensive program.
* Willingness to be stationed at our facility in Citeureup, Bogor, West Java.
