## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator at Agrinesia, you will play a vital role in bringing our famous treats to life. Your daily tasks are designed to ensure seamless operations and uphold our commitment to excellence.
* Manage the entire baking and manufacturing lifecycle, from raw ingredient preparation to the final packaged pastry.
* Follow directives provided by the Team Leader meticulously, ensuring all daily targets are met efficiently.
* Implement and maintain 5R workplace organization standards (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
* Execute manufacturing processes swiftly, accurately, and with meticulous attention to detail while adhering to strict quality control and safety guidelines.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SLTA / equivalent).
