## Opportunity: QC Inline Packing
We are currently expanding our production team in Cicalengka and are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join us as a QC Inline Packing specialist. This role is vital to maintaining the high-quality benchmarks that define the KIN dairy experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Quality Control team, your primary focus will be ensuring the integrity of our products during the high-speed filling and packaging phases. Your daily duties will include:
* Real-time Inspections: Monitoring product quality throughout the entire filling and packaging process.
* Compliance Checks: Verifying the accuracy of labels, batch coding, and essential packaging details.
* Packaging Analysis: Conducting rigorous testing on packaging materials to ensure durability and safety.
* Quality Classification: Determining the quality status of products based on standardized protocols.
* Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed quality logs to track the production lifecycle.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate technical proficiency and a commitment to food safety standards. We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
1. Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school degree (SMK) in Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
2. Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of food safety management systems, including HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, and Halal Assurance procedures.
3. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with laboratory measurement tools such as analytical scales, vernier calipers, and vacuum testing equipment.
4. Analytical Skills: Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts, specifically the use of Control Charts to monitor volume and filling consistency.
5. Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, high visual and physical sensory acuity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
