Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess both academic excellence and a strong work ethic. To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender: Male.
2. Age: Maximum 25 years old.
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
4. Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
5. Mobility: Willingness to be placed at any of our facilities across Indonesia.
6. Residence: Willingness to live in company housing during the training period.
7. Commitment: Willingness to fulfill a two-year service bond.
8. Health: Physically and mentally fit, with no color blindness.
9. Dedication: Full commitment to completing the intensive training curriculum.
