# Career Opportunity: Jakarta Creative Hub Expert Recruitment 2026
The Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) of DKI Jakarta is officially seeking highly motivated and talented professionals to contribute to the growth of the Jakarta Creative Hub. We are looking for individuals with strong integrity and a commitment to excellence to fill key expert positions for the 2026 fiscal year. This initiative aims to strengthen our capacity to support local industries and creative entrepreneurs across the region.
## Available Positions
We are currently opening recruitment for seven specialized roles. Please note that all selections are subject to the finalization of the regional budget (DPA). In the event of budget adjustments, the department reserves the right to reduce the number of hired personnel based on selection rankings without any form of compensation.
1. Creative Manager/Head: 1 position
2. Assistant Creative Manager: 1 position
3. IT & Asset Development Staff: 1 position
4. Social Media Specialist: 1 position
5. Multimedia & Graphic Designer: 1 position
6. Event Activations Specialist: 1 position
7. General Administrator: 1 position
## General Requirements
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the selection process:
* Must be a citizen of Indonesia (WNI) in good physical and mental health.
* Must be free from drug abuse and have no criminal record.
* Must be an active Taxpayer with a valid NPWP.
* Must possess a Bank Jakarta account.
* Must hold an NIB (Business Identification Number) with KBLI code 70209 (Management Consulting Activities).
* Must have an active SIKAP account.
* Candidates must be willing to commit to a full-time schedule and must not currently hold an expert position in other government agencies (SKPD/UKPD).
* Applicants are limited to applying for only one specific position.
## Specific Qualifications by Role
Leadership & Management Roles
* Creative Manager/Head: Bachelor’s degree (S1) with at least 3 years of experience. Required skills include strategic thinking, stakeholder management, budgeting, and public speaking. Must be proficient in English and experienced in managing personnel and marketing.
* Assistant Creative Manager: Bachelor’s degree (S1) with at least 2 years of experience. Must demonstrate strong leadership, operational excellence, and project management capabilities (proficient in Trello or Asana).
Technical & Creative Support
* IT & Asset Development Staff: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT/Information Systems with at least 1 year of experience. Must have networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent) and experience in web development and hardware troubleshooting.
* Social Media Specialist: Diploma (D3) with 1 year of experience. Expertise in copywriting, trend spotting, and analytics (Meta Suite, TikTok) is required.
* Multimedia & Graphic Designer: Bachelor’s degree (S1) with 1 year of experience. Must be highly skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
* Event Activation Specialist: Diploma (D3) with 1 year of experience. Must have a background in event planning, vendor management, negotiation, and crisis management.
* General Administrator: Diploma (D3) with 1 year of experience. Must be an expert in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and possess strong organizational system skills.
