5. Maintenance Planner Staff (Site/Camp)

## General Qualifications
To ensure the success and efficiency of our operations, candidates should meet the following baseline requirements:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field.
* Professional Background: Prior experience in HPH (Forest Concession) industries, logging contractors, or mining sectors is strongly preferred.
* Flexibility: All candidates must be willing to work in remote site locations.
* Soft Skills: Applicants for management and section head roles (positions 1–3) must possess exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
* Technical Proficiency: Candidates for the IT & General Service role (position 5) must be proficient in network engineering, specifically regarding V-Sat systems, hardware maintenance, installation, and systematic troubleshooting.
