## Available Positions

1. General Admin
The General Admin plays a vital role in maintaining office productivity and ensuring that daily administrative operations run smoothly.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing document archiving, handling internal and external correspondence, coordinating meeting schedules, and preparing monthly administrative reports.
* Qualifications: Minimum Diploma (DIII) degree, proficient in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Prior experience and familiarity with SAP are highly regarded.
* Placement: Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Palembang, Surabaya, Makassar, Aceh, and Tanjung Enim.
2. Service Admin
The Service Admin is responsible for the systematic management of service data, ensuring that client records and repair workflows are handled with precision.
* Key Responsibilities: Inputting service orders and repair reports, managing warranty claims, communicating service updates to clients, and monitoring spare parts usage.
* Qualifications: Minimum Diploma (DIII) degree, technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and a customer-focused mindset.
* Placement: Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Palembang, Surabaya, Makassar, Aceh, and Tanjung Enim.
3. Office Boy
Our Office Boy maintains the comfort and hygiene of our workspace, supporting the daily needs of our staff and guests.
* Key Responsibilities: Maintaining cleanliness of office areas and meeting rooms, providing beverage service, handling inter-departmental document delivery, and assisting with general facility maintenance.
* Qualifications: Minimum High School (SMA/K) diploma, ability to work independently or as a team, and strong personal integrity. Possession of a driving license is considered a significant advantage.
* Placement: Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Palembang, Surabaya, and Tanjung Enim.
4. Security Personnel
Security staff are tasked with maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment for all employees and company assets.
* Key Responsibilities: Conducting security patrols, monitoring building access, providing protective services, and generating safety reports.
* Qualifications: Minimum High School (SMA/K) diploma, must possess a valid Gada Pratama certificate and KTA. Candidates must be at least 170cm tall, physically fit, and active in sports.
* Placement: Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Palembang, Surabaya, and Makassar.
