We are looking for licensed professionals committed to patient safety and high-quality care.
* General Practitioner: Medical degree (Profesi), active STR, minimum GPA 3.00, and ACLS/ATLS/Hiperkes certification.
* Patient Service Manager (MPP): Medical degree (Profesi), active STR, minimum 1-year hospital experience, and ACLS/ATLS/Hiperkes certification.
* General Nurse: NERS professional degree, active STR, BTCLS certification, GPA min 3.00.
* Operating Room Nurse: NERS degree, active STR, BTCLS/PPGD certification, plus specialized Surgical Room training.
* Anesthesia Nurse: NERS or D3 Anesthesia technician, active STR, plus Anesthesia training certification.
* Hemodialysis (HD) Nurse: NERS degree, active STR, and HD certification.
* ICU Nurse: NERS degree, active STR, and relevant ICU training.
* Dental Nurse: D3 Dental Nursing, active STR, and relevant training.

## Administrative, Management, and Technical Roles
Our non-clinical departments are essential to maintaining the operational integrity of our hospital group.
* Central Purchasing: S1 Civil Engineering, GPA 3.00, AutoCAD proficient.
* Corporate RO: D3 any major, min 1-year experience in hospital relations.
* Maintenance & Senior Maintenance: D3/S1 Technical degrees, min 2 years experience.
* Marketing & Marketing Head: D3/S1 degrees, min 1–3 years experience, strong communication skills.
* Design Marketing: Skilled in graphic design, video editing, and social media management.
* Finance (AR): S1 Accounting, min 2 years experience, e-claim proficiency.
* Casemix & Chronic Medication Casemix: D3 Medical Records/Hospital Admin, active STR, expertise in ICD9/ICD10 coding.
* Cook: SMA/SMK Tata Boga, 2–4 years of culinary experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
* IT Specialist: D3 Informatics/IS, proficient in Web programming and MySQL.
* Training (Diklat) Staff: D3/S1 degree, strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills.
* Quality Committee Member: S1 degree, min 1-2 years hospital/accreditation experience, proficient in SPSS and MS Office.
