## Current Opening: Staff Admin Shipment
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to fill the role of Staff Admin Shipment. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing our distribution workflow, ensuring that our products reach our customers with the efficiency and quality standard synonymous with the Yamazaki brand.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant field.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory. You must be highly skilled in functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data management tools.
* Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage complex administrative tasks with high precision.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, complemented by excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Availability: Must be ready to join immediately and flexible regarding operational schedules, including the willingness to work weekends if required.
* Working Hours: This role operates on a 5-day work week with 2 days off.
Location and Placement
The successful candidate will be based at our state-of-the-art facility located in the KITIC (Kawasan Industri Terpadu Indonesia China) area, Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi.
