## Are You Our Next Leader?

1. Academic Status: Fresh graduates or students expected to graduate by October 1, 2026.
2. Experience: Professionals with no more than two years of full-time work experience (excluding internships).
3. Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.30.
4. Language Skills: Proficiency in professional English.
5. Soft Skills: Proven leadership experience demonstrated through organizational involvement, project management, or competitive extracurriculars.
6. Personal Attributes: Proactive, quick-learning, responsible, and mentally resilient.
