## Current Openings at PT Tracon Industri
We are currently seeking experts to fill the following roles. Please review the qualifications and responsibilities for each position carefully.
1. Mechanical Engineer Staff
* Develop, review, and execute mechanical engineering design calculations for EPC projects.
* Prepare essential engineering deliverables, including equipment sizing, specifications, datasheets, and technical reports.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project consistency and full regulatory compliance.
* Evaluate vendor proposals and technical documents.
* Provide comprehensive technical support throughout the procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EPC environment within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant sectors.
* Deep understanding of ASME, API, and ANSI standards.
* Expertise in rotating and static equipment engineering.
* Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, PV Elite, or Compress.
2. Process Engineer Staff
* Create and oversee process design deliverables, such as Heat & Material Balance, PFDs, P&IDs, and process datasheets.
* Conduct advanced process simulations, calculations, and system optimizations.
* Ensure all designs meet stringent process safety requirements.
* Facilitate HAZOP, SIL, and other critical safety studies.
* Provide technical guidance during project execution and plant start-up activities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in EPC, Refinery, or Industrial Process Facilities.
* Proficient in process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS or Aspen Plus.
* Strong background in FEED and Detailed Engineering projects.
3. Instrument Engineer Staff
* Prepare technical instrumentation and control deliverables, including I/O lists, hook-up drawings, and instrument indexes.
* Design and review architecture for DCS, PLC, and SIS control systems.
* Ensure adherence to IEC, ISA, and project-specific standards.
* Manage vendor coordination, including bid evaluation and technical document reviews.
* Assist with field installation, testing, and system troubleshooting.
* Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Engineering Physics.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Mining industrial projects.
* Familiarity with Instrument & Control System design standards.
* Ability to generate precise technical specifications and datasheets.
4. Project Control Staff
* Formulate and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Monitor project financial performance, invoicing, and cash flow.
* Generate regular progress reports to support project management.
* Coordinate cross-functional activities and project reviews.
* Maintain data confidentiality and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a project control capacity.
