## Professional Requirements
To ensure the continued success and high standards of our engineering projects, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in an Engineering discipline.
* Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in the same role within an EPC project environment, specifically focusing on Oil & Gas or Geothermal sectors.
* Communication: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
* Mobility: Candidates must be flexible and willing to be stationed at our Head Office or designated project sites based on operational needs.
