1. Warehouse Administration Staff
This role is vital to ensuring our supply chain remains accurate and efficient.
* Requirements: Male, minimum D3/S1 degree, max age 27. Must have at least 2 years of warehousing experience, a valid SIO (Forklift License), and proficiency in MS Office. Candidates must possess good numerical skills and be free from color blindness.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing incoming local and imported goods, ensuring document compliance, updating system inventories, executing FIFO protocols, performing cycle counts, and maintaining 5S standards.
2. Warehouse Operator
Our warehouse operators are the backbone of our inventory management and material distribution processes.
* Requirements: Male, SMK graduate (all majors), max age 27. Requires 2 years of relevant experience, understanding of FIFO, and basic computer proficiency.
* Key Responsibilities: Repacking alloys, tires, and child parts; assisting in material supply to production lines; unloading containers; conducting inventory counts; and upholding 5S workplace standards.
3. Production Operator
We are looking for motivated individuals to support our high-precision assembly lines.
* Requirements: Male, SMK graduate in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, max age 24. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Must have a minimum height of 165cm and be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Key Responsibilities: Executing assembly tasks per work instructions, performing visual quality checks, maintaining equipment daily, utilizing required PPE, and adhering to strict 5S principles.
4. Quality Control Inspector
The QC Inspector ensures that every component leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety and performance.
* Requirements: Male, SMK graduate in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering. Candidates must have previous experience in Quality Control, knowledge of motorcycle production processes (specifically alloy wheel assembly), and expertise in utilizing precision measuring tools.
* Key Responsibilities: Conducting incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections; analyzing and handling non-conforming (NG) parts; and maintaining accurate quality control records.
