Team Leader – Desk Collection
As a Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind our collections department, ensuring that both team goals and recovery targets are met with precision.
* Supervise, mentor, and coach Desk Collection agents to drive performance.
* Coordinate daily team activities to ensure workflow efficiency.
* Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.
* Compile and present comprehensive reports on team achievements and recovery progress.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* At least 1 year of experience as a Collection Team Leader, preferably within the Fintech or Banking sectors.
* Demonstrated expertise in late-bucket collections and recovery strategies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an advanced command of Excel.
* Strong analytical thinking and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
* Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta; local residents are strongly encouraged to apply.
Agent – Desk Collection
Our Desk Collection Agents are the front line of our recovery operations, balancing persistence with professionalism to help clients resolve outstanding obligations.
* Proactively engage customers via telephone and digital messaging to secure loan repayments.
* Resolve customer inquiries regarding payment methods and collection processes.
* Educate clients on payment policies, terms, and conditions with clarity and accuracy.
* Analyze payment data to provide customized financial solutions and guidance to delinquent customers.
* Negotiate settlement options effectively while maintaining professional conduct.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and negotiate under pressure.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
* Must be target-oriented and comfortable working within a high-volume performance environment.
* Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital work systems.
* Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience in a desk collection role.
