Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Production Operator role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Between 18 and 21 years old.
* Education: Graduates from Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Technology and Industry or Senior High Schools (SMA) with a Science (IPA) background.
* Academic Standards:
* For the 2020 academic year and onwards: A minimum average Mathematics score of 7 per semester.
* For the 2018–2019 academic years: A minimum Mathematics score of 4.5 in the final examination (UAS/UAN).
* Physical Requirements:
* Minimum height of 163 cm.
* Excellent vision: Must not wear glasses or contact lenses.
* No history of eye conditions, including nearsightedness, farsightedness, or color blindness.
* Status: Must not currently be enrolled in any university or educational institution.
* Documentation: Must provide a signed statement confirming a drug-free status at the time of the selection process.
