1. Sales Staff (Code: HO_StafPenjualan)
We are looking for a driven sales professional to expand our market reach.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any major (Marketing Management preferred) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: At least 1 year in sales, preferably within the surveyor, mining, or banking sectors.
* Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and marketing abilities. Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.

2. Accounting & Tax Section Head (Code: HO_Kepalaseksiakun&pajak)
An experienced lead is required to manage our fiscal reporting and tax compliance.
* Requirements: Male, max 35 years old. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation (GPA min. 3.00).
* Experience: 3 years in the field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Qualifications: Must possess Brevet A & B certification. Mastery of accounting systems and the ability to prepare financial and tax reports are essential.

* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Geological, Geodetic, Mining, or Naval Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience is preferred. Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17020 is a plus.

4. Laboratory Analyst - Kendari (Code: KDI_Analis)
We are seeking a diligent analyst to join our Kendari operations.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Chemical Analysis (min. 2 years experience) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry (fresh graduates or max 1 year experience).
* Knowledge: Understanding of coal and nickel analysis, as well as ISO 17025, is highly prioritized.
* Attributes: Detail-oriented, honest, and willing to work in shift patterns at various project sites.
5. Project Management (Code: HO-PMOPS)
We are looking for a project management professional to bridge technical data and sales strategy.
* Requirements: Max 28 years old. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical fields.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years, preferably in technical sales within the survey, green energy, or mining industries.
* Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to translate complex technical information into compelling sales tools. Proficiency in English is required.
