## Advance Your Career as a Human Resource Officer
Summarecon is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Officer – Human Resource for the December 2025 hiring cycle. This role is a vital component of our operational success, focusing on fostering an efficient, compliant, and supportive work environment. The position will be based at the prestigious Sekolah Terpadu Sedaya Bintang, Summarecon Bandung.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of HR functions, ensuring seamless organizational operations. Your daily tasks will include:
* Payroll and Benefits: Overseeing monthly payroll processing, including accurate calculations for PPh 21 (income tax) and managing BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan (social security) contributions.
* Administrative Excellence: Maintaining meticulous digital and physical employee files while handling all documentation regarding new hires, internal promotions, and resignations.
* Global Mobility: Managing the end-to-end immigration process for expatriate staff, including RPTKA, KITAS, ITAS, STM, and SKTT documentation.
* Talent Acquisition: Executing the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial sourcing and screening to psychological testing, interviewing, and final onboarding for staff and interns.
* Development and Performance: Supporting core HR initiatives, including employee performance management, placement strategies, and professional development training.
* Operations Support: Organizing company-wide events and coordinating staff scheduling to ensure optimal operational productivity.
Professional Requirements

1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR capacity.
2. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and current BPJS mandates.
