1. Administration Trainee (AT) – Batch 46
This specialized training program is designed to develop highly skilled professionals in bookkeeping and human resources management.
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D3/D4/S1) in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Actuarial Science.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Requirement: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed in Kalimantan or Sulawesi.
2. Mill Assistant Trainee (MAT) – Batch 49
This program focuses on operational excellence and technical proficiency within our milling facilities.
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D3/D4/S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology (TPHP).
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Requirement: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed in Kalimantan or Sulawesi.
